| Аннотація: | Influence of respondents` state of health among the employed population was revealed, in particular, depending on the status of the settlement. It is found out that the preservation, strengthening and accumulation of human capital for the health of citizens depends, in particular, on the effectiveness of the combination of decentralization reform and medicine. The model of electronic management of public health (on the example of the territorial community of Vinnitsa region) is offered. It is reasonable that an important element of the above model at the initial stage of implementation is to obtain synergies the introduction of electronic document flow, which allows motivating members of territorial communities to self-preserve human health capital. |
