| Аннотація: | This paper investigates the necessity of forming anagricultural mortgage lending system, which revealedthe increase in the volume of products sold with theincrease of short-term loans, which prevail inagricultural enterprises lending. The possibility ofagricultural land capitalization as a potential source ofproject financing is substantiated. Estimation of thepotential volume of credit provision for projects ofagricultural enterprises of Ukraine shows the importantrole of this potential source of financing, depending onthe value of the pledge of land and rights to lease. |
