| Аннотація: | The article reveals the essence of business processes and defines the principles of their modelling. The analysis of the existing business process simulation methods and information systems for their automation is performed. The analytical system "Project Expert" is inspected and it is considered to be the optimal one for business process modelling. It is demonstrated how its implementation may affect a company. |
