Summary: | The modern practice of pursuing any economic activity shows that enterprises in order to strengthen its competitive positions in the market and develop a viable development plan, very often have to resort to some innovative changes. This, and the need to ensure the transition of economy of Ukraine to implement the model of research and innovative development, determines the feasibility study of the problems of creating the preconditions for implementing of effective innovation in Ukrainian companies, including those whose activities directly or indirectly related to the restaurant economy. |
