| Summary: | The article examines the essence of the intellectual capital category. The main system-forming characteristics, which depend on the potential for the formation of the enterprise's intellectual capital and its growth rates, have been studied. The essence of the concept of professionalism, which allows solving the task of developing personal and professional skills to the level of skill of an employee, is revealed. The factors that ensure the growth of the organization's intellectual capital, its relationship with the professional competence of the staff are highlighted. Areas of implementation of professional development programs have been determined. |
