| Summary: | Transportation has always played a significant role in the development of the economy of any country. An important task of the transport sector is the development of all types of transport. as well as the elimination of problems that arose as a result of Russia`s military aggression against Ukraine. It must be said that certain problems are observed in the transportation of goods by all types of transport.Many Ukrainian and foreign scientists were engaged in the study of various aspects of these problems. Thus, the problems and prospects of the development of the transport infrastructure of Ukraine, as well as the experience of foreign countries, are considered in the works of V.M. Kumanova, K.O. Tyulkinoi [1], O. Kalchenko, A. Belorus [2], M.V. Halkevich. The key aspects of transport logistics in the conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic were studied in the work of O.Ya. Kobylyukh, O.B.
