Summary: Formation of sustainable competitive advantages of oil and fat companies in the global supply chains is possible through the development of marketing-mix that will include marketing and logistics components. The most effective results for the enterprise are provided by the use of marketing management and logistics concepts that are oriented at identifying and meeting consumer demand as well as consideration of the interests of all other stakeholders in the supply chain of oil and fat products, the individual, community and society, i.e. modern concept of integrated marketing logistics.
